Welcome to the FTP site of the Cryptosporidium hominis genome project.

This site provides all the raw sequence generated for this project. 
It is organized with one directory for each 96-well plate sequenced, and a directory for BAC end sequences and another for sequences derived from PCR products. 
Both forward and reverse sequences for a given clone are in the same directory, and can be distinguished by the file name extension (g1 for forward and b1 for reverse sequences). 
Each directory generally contains two subdirectories, one containing the chromatograms and the other containing the corresponding sequence files in GCG format.
