Return the value of a config key, falling back to the default value if missing.

Parameters

key

Type: const gchar*

A settings key.

The data is owned by the caller of the method.
The value is a NUL terminated UTF-8 string.

Return value

Type: An array of utf8

String array value.

The array is NULL-terminated.
The caller of the method takes ownership of the returned data, and is responsible for freeing it.
The return value can be NULL.
Each element is a NUL terminated UTF-8 string.
